We continue to upgrade the 'OLD' backhaul. This is a long process. We are trying
not to disrupt users very much. However some tuning is required during times
when the loads are the heaviest. We are upgrading all towers on our 'OLD'
network over the next 90 days. These upgrades should help with some of the
congestion we have been seeing.

We have completed today's work on old backhaul.
All subscribers should be back on now.

We are starting the final change-outs on our old backhaul. We hope to minimize
down time. Our old network will be down several times for extended periods.We hope to be done by 6PM.
